BUILD: Many microbusinesses don’t know what they don’t know. They started with an idea and a passion, jumping right into their dream. This is awesome! But most need training in the basics of business to establish a strong foundation.
STAND: Once we have a solid foundation, we need to deepen our understanding of who we are as a business, who our target audience is, what they do and don’t like, and how to mold our business culture and decisions around who our core audience is.
THRIVE: Once we have a solid grasp of foundational business issues and have start turning a profit, we can now turn our eyes forward and look to growth; going beyond just getting by day-to-day, but expanding and multiplying our efforts.
